Operational Reports

Monthly reports can be produced on-demand, or scheduled to be delivered automatically.

These reports are broken down by different operations, aircraft features, weight classes, runway useage, and more. Local vs Transient data is compiled as well as average daily operations, time of day and day of the week stats. All of these breakdowns also show year over year comparisons for growth statistics. Lastly, AAC and ADG data is also provided.

Raw CSV data is downloadable for those who wish to see the raw operations in spreadsheet form.
Only the essentials

Based and Transient Aircraft

Classify and track both local and transient aircraft. Crucial for determining the economic impact of the airport, this data will provide you with the total transient operations, nights stayed, and estimations on the total number of visitors brought in through your airport.

Also included is a easily updatable based aircraft list and a FAA 5010-1 form pre-populated with your airport's data.
Only the essentials

Aircraft Approach Category and Aircraft Design Group

Correct and complete AAC and ADG information is critical for airport development and funding requests.

Used by the FAA, engineering firms, state DOTs, airport managers, and developers, this data is a significant factor when considering the size and nature of expansion projects. Not just the stock FAA information, our database covers almost every aircraft flying. With this feature, data driven justification of almost any project is possible.
Only the essentials

Track both 1090ES 978UAT

Track both ADSB frequencies ensuring a complete picture of the aircraft traffic whether on the ground or in the air. Most systems only track the 1090 equipped aircraft. While this includes all the airlines and corporate jets, it misses a significant portion of the smaller aircraft.

Any system without the capability of tracking both frequencies isn't giving you the full picture.
Only the essentials

Emergency Notifications

Get notified when someone is involved in an emergency. As soon as an aircraft squawks 7700, the system will send out texts and/or emails to any contact that you have specified. Those notifications will include a link to the active Live View page with Comguard frequency monitoring turned on. The emergency aircraft will also be highlighted in red for easy interpretation of the situation.

Our goal is to no longer have to call the fire rescue or medical personnel and to drastically reduce the response time of these services.

Live View

Always Up to Date. This feature is perfect for FBOs, airport managers, and flight schools that want to proactively manage their operations. Live View, along with ComGuard provide, a complete picture of your airport's traffic.

During emergencies, Live View will provide both audio and visual warnings, while also highlighting the aircarft on the map and displaying all the pertinent information no matter what service package is subscribed to.

Daily and Yearly reports

These daily and yearly reports are similar to the monthly reports in the Basic package, but provide even more data and analysis. They are avialable on demand or can be scheduled for automatic delivery

The Daily reports breakdown the data over a specific day, compare it to a 30 day running average and provide the month-to-date totals. Above and beyond the runway useage, weather information, jet traffic data, etc., this report gives hour-by-hour traffic counts and growth comparisons.

The Yearly report is the most comprehensive report that we provide. It provides the standard data breakdowns on the other reports plus statistics like year-over-year comparisons, year-to-date counts, average daily operations, most active aircraft and owners, monthly operations and breakdowns, and AAC/ADG yearly data. With over 35 charts and tables included in this report alone, it provides a in-depth view of your operation's performance throughout the year and can be an indispensable tool for strategic planning and decision-making.

Analytics

One of our most informative features, the analytics page has 15 interactive tiles of traffic data, two charts for month-to-month and year-over-year comparisons, and the top 10 most frequent operations at your airport. All of this customized per a selected date range to give you a quick and detailed overview of your operation.

Scheduled Operations

Today's scheduled arrivals and departures.

These flights, initially displayed with planned times, update upon takeoff or while enroute to the airport. Flight number, aircraft type (jet, piston, etc) is included along with the flight category and origin or destination.

An interactive chart displays your airport's hourly scheduled operation counts by commercial, air taxi, general aviation, and cargo flight categories.
More data, more features

PlayBack

Your flight data is stored without restrictions or expiration. Look into the past to any date and time.

Managers can replay flights that created noise complaints, incidents or accidents can be reviewed and investigated, and schools can analyze student's flights, all with communications audio and historical weather.

Heat Maps

Unique to RunwayStats, Heat Maps provide a quick way to view aircraft congestion on or off the airport.

These can be used to instantly create safer flight paths and taxi routes, predict ground congestion, or analyze the effectiveness of noise abatement procedures.

The filters and date selection allow you to dissect the map overlay even further. Want to see only the jet traffic, or maybe just the traffic below 500 feet, the Heat Map feature is a powerful tool offering unparalleled insights into aircraft movement patterns and congestion dynamics.

Custom Area Tracking and Reporting

With Custom Area Tracking, you can collect traffic data and receive notifications based on a very specific area, such as a ramp, gate, runway crossing, restricted airspace, over noise sensitive communities, or even over a specific building.

Notifications for custom area only provided on Platinum packages.
